Tricep & Cardio Workout
***Each drill performed for *30 seconds.
1. Moving lateral high knees. Side to side.
2. Standing overhead tricep extension.
3. Alternating skip knee up into burpee.
4. Diamond push-ups.

1. Arms stay in, stand and on balls of feet and do corner swivel jumps.
2. Dips.
3. Alternating front kick and touch ground.
4. Skull crushers.

1. Sit on your side, hand close and push-ups.
2. Toe taps to chair.
3. Sit on chair....Overhead tricep extension.
4. V-sit ups.

1. Mountain climbers in high plank, then go to low plank and back up.
2. Squat walks back and sprint forward.
3. Kick backs
4. X-jacks

25 squats with weights
20 reverse lunges with weights

30 seconds of butt kicks & squats
30 seconds of lateral lunges holding weights
Round 4
Go to the floor…20 alternating leg drops
25 forward lunges holding weights
45 mountain climbers
(Repeat round 4)
Round 5
Go to floor…25 sit ups
30 second plank
30 seconds of Russian oblique twists
1 minute core hold. Hold arms & legs up

I’ve always had a love for teaching and choreographing routines! I went to Western Illinois University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, Tourism and Administration. I was also on the dance team there, which sparked my love of fitness, teaching and choreographing routines.
My years of teaching at various locations led me to create “Carrie’s Fit Crew!”
My “crew” of members is a wonderful fitness community. We support, encourage and cheer people on to be the best they can. I’m inspired everyday by their commitment and dedication!

I’ve been teaching group fitness since 2015.
My love for fitness started with running, and has grown from there. There is nothing more empowering to me than taking ownership of your body through exercise! I’m a certified AFAA group fitness instructor, and I’m also certified in Insanity, Tabata GX, and Schwinn Cycling.
