CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Each class targets every age and fitness level. Modifications are included!

*Band Express*

This class includes all band work. Cardio, core and strength are incorporated by thoroughly targeting each muscle group.

*virtual & in-person. 

*Bodyweight 30*

Only have 30 minutes in your schedule for a workout? If so, this class is for you. All bodyweight drills focusing on upper, lower body and core. Moderate to high intensity, allowing minimal breaks. All you need is a mat! 

*Cardio Kickbox*

This fast paced class combines boxing and martial art techniques choreographed into 32 count combinations.

*virtual & in-person.

*Cardio Max* 

This class incorporates minimal equipment and alternates between high/low intensity with abdominal exercises.

*Core Pilates*

This class isn’t your normal Pilates class. Using different pieces of equipment Core Pilates ignites multiple muscle groups firing at the abdominal muscles. 

*OMG Bootcamp*

This strength class will have you screaming "OMG." Weights, gliders and a pump bar are included. Drills are unique and easily flow into different sets.

*Strength*

This class is completely strength based starting with large muscle groups and scaling down to small ones. Using a variety of equipment this format combines the traditional body sculpting methods.

*Tabata PLUS*

This is a high intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a 10 second rest break.

Payments may be completed in the studio with cash or check, Zelle or Venmo, on the first of the month.
