12 Days of Fitmas

Friday December 13th- Tuesday December 24th 

 

December 13th: Attend 6:15 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. “Members  Choice” class. Send me what you want and that will be incorporated into both classes. Drink 60 ounces of water and complete 

*13 push-ups.

 

December 14th: Try 8:15 a.m. Total Body Kickbox. Bring in a canned good for Hanover Township Food Pantry. Complete *14 burpees.  Post a pic of you doing a kind deed over the weekend. Tag me. 

 

December 15th: Get up and take a brisk walk! Complete 50 sit-ups. 

 

December 16th: Try 8:30 a.m. Core Pilates. If you are getting a coffee that Monday, buy one for the person behind you.  Bring a friend to the 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. class for FREE! Complete (3) sets of 16 push-ups! 

 

December 17th: Write down 3 fitness goals for the new year and share with someone.. Complete*17 squats, *17 lunges and *17 sit-ups (3x through).

 

December 18th: Bring in a canned food for Hanover Township Food Pantry. Try 8:30 a.m. Band Express.  Get in 10,000 steps. 

 

December 19th: Set your timer and meditate for 5minutes. Pick your favorite Christmas song and complete a wall sit for the entire time. Try 5;30 p.m. Bootcamp. 

 

December 20th: No classes that day, so partner up with someone and share (2) exercises each and complete them. Also, do *20 bicycles, *20 Russian oblique twists & *20 reverse crunches. 

 

December 21st: Try 8:15 a.m. Cardio Kickbox! Eat (1) serving of veggies at every meal. Also, share your favorite smoothie recipe with someone.

 

December 22nd:  Take a brisk walk.  Complete *22 tricep dips, *22 jump lunges & *22 squats. 

 

December 23rd: Take 8:30 a.m. Core Pilates. Go (1) hour phone FREE. Limit yourself to (1) holiday treat. 

 

December 24th: Happy Christmas Eve! Attend the morning holiday class. Complete *24 second plank (3x through).
